Terms of Service

Last updated: March 20, 2026. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Stashly’s website and services (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

The Services

Stashly provides an online marketplace and community tools for hobbyists (for example, aquarium fish and related collectibles). We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice where appropriate.

Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm other users or the Services.

Listings and transactions

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings and for complying with applicable laws (including animal welfare, transport, and sales regulations in your area).
  • Stashly may display user-generated content; we do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items listed by others.
  • Private sales terms (price, shipping, returns) are between buyers and sellers unless Stashly explicitly offers a separate buyer protection program in the product.

Prohibited conduct

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by posting fraudulent listings, harassing users, scraping without permission, circumventing security, or using the Services for illegal goods or activities prohibited by our policies and applicable law.

Intellectual property

The Services and Stashly branding are owned by Stashly or its licensors. You retain rights to content you upload; you grant us a licence to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to run the Services.

Disclaimer

The Services are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties not expressly stated here. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stashly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, or for disputes between users.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

We may update these Terms; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
