Last updated: June 5, 2026. Stashly (“we”, “us”) operates the Stashly website and related services (the “Services”). This policy describes how we handle personal information when you use the Services.
We use the above to operate the marketplace, authenticate users, show listings, improve the Services, comply with law, prevent abuse, and communicate with you about your account or transactions you initiate. Where you consent, we also use data to measure site traffic and to show third-party advertising.
Stashly may show third-party ads (for example through Google AdSense) on catalog pages. Ad partners may use cookies and similar technologies to deliver and measure ads; this is separate from us selling your personal information to data brokers. Some outbound links on catalog pages are affiliate links — if you purchase through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
We share information with service providers who help us host the app, store data, send email or SMS/WhatsApp where you use those features, process payments if applicable, measure analytics, and deliver advertising where you have consented. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
We retain information as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account subject to any legal holds or legitimate business needs.
If you access the Services from outside the country where we operate servers, your information may be transferred and processed in those locations.
We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised policy.
