Maesmynach Locket – 3-Year-Old Registered Welsh Section D Mare. Stable name Figgy.

A fantastic opportunity to acquire a quality young Welsh Cob mare with proven breeding and an exceptional temperament. Figgy is 3-year-old (2023), 15hh (and growing), WPCS registered Welsh Section D mare from the renowned Maesmynach Stud. She is a substantial, well-grown mare with plenty of bone, presence and true Welsh character, making her an exciting prospect for riding, showing or future breeding.

Figgy has a wonderfully kind and sensible nature. She is currently unbroken but has been carefully introduced to her education, having been sat on and quietly walked around the yard bareback and in a headcollar without issue. She should be a straightforward project to finish backing, or alternatively an asset to any stud.

She has been extensively exposed to everyday farm life and is completely unfazed by traffic, including tractors, machinery and other farm vehicles. She has also competed at an in-hand show.

Figgy is now ready for someone to continue her education and develop her full potential. With her breeding, temperament and attitude, she has all the attributes to become a superb all-rounder and a pleasure to own.
