"freddie" Bright Bay Gelding Ex Racehorse

Sad sale due to a massive change in circumstances.
16.3 bright bay TB Gelding 9 years old. He is a gentle giant and an absolute dude to deal with in all ways.
He ran over hurdles and fences retired from racing in October 2025 and retired sound with no previous injury’s.

I bought him to be my all rounder. Happy in a field on own or company, will stable or live out happily, very people friendly not got a nasty bone in his body. no vices. he’s as safe as they come.
He is the push along type and not the hold on type.

Happily hacks out alone or in company. I have not done much off road hacking due to lack of hacking so been road work and schooling mainly.

He’s great to turn out with other horses and is currently stabled at night and out in the day. He has no stable vices and is very sweet natured.
He would make a lovely hunt horse/ team chaser/ all rounder/ event horse.

Up to date with everything, price does not reflect his quality it reflects my current circumstances and a slight sticky stifle ( Not locked and never has locked Nor on any medication) I can give full details to serious interest.

I have gently been bringing him back into work recently after time out after racing, he has a great attitude and willing with no issues does not require lunging you can leave him for a month or so and he will be the same when back on he stands at the mounting block. I would like him to go to an experienced home where he can continue retraining to reach his full potential. Home more important than price
